You will need to bring workout clothes in case your Physiotherapist decides to show you exercises in the gym (we also have spare shorts and t-shirts available on site)
Please allow 60 minutes for your appointment, this allows your Physiotherapist enough time to provide a thorough assessment, treatment and also a plan for your ongoing treatments
Yes, please advise our admin staff of the dates you require and we can email through a full GST receipt at the end of your treatment.
No, ACC will cover part of your Physiotherapy treatment however there is still our ACC surcharge. If your injury is not covered under ACC the Private rate will apply, please see our price list for details: http://www.tccp.co.nz/pricelist/
If you have had an accident or injury within the past year you are entitled to submit a claim to the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC).

Please allow 15 minutes in order to find a carpark and complete the required paperwork, this ensures you get as much out of your appointment as possible
Yes, TCCP are ACC registered so we are able to lodge claims and complete required paperwork on your behalf. Your Physiotherapist will advise if you need to see a doctor at your initial assessment
Les Mills Victoria St clinic & Wellesley St clinic's there is pay & display parking available on Wellesley St West or tournament parking available at the City Works Depot, please note the Les Mills car park is now closed, please allow extra time to find a park
